      UK DELIVERY
      STANDARD:
      All standard orders are delivered free of charge. We aim to deliver your order within 1-3 working days from
      the time you place your order.

      NEXT DAY:
      We offer next day delivery for customers based in the UK for a fee of £7.99. You will receive your order the
      next working day if placed by 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed Friday after 2pm, Saturday and Sunday
      will be received on the following Tuesday.

      DELIVER TO STORE:
      Your order can be delivered to one of the following London Stores: 288 Green Street London E7 8LF by
      selecting this option at the check-out. All delivery services above are available for deliver to store orders.

      REPUBLIC OF IRELAND DELIVERY
      STANDARD:
      We offer standard delivery for customers based in the Republic of Ireland for a fee of £7.99. We aim to
      deliver your order within 3-7 working days from the time you place your order. We do not offer next day
      delivery for customers based in Republic of Ireland.

      EU DELIVERY
      STANDARD:
      We offer standard delivery for customers based in the Europe for a fee of £7.99. We aim to deliver your
      order within 3-7 working days from the time you place your order. We do not offer next day delivery for
      customers based in Europe.

      REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY
      STANDARD:
      We offer standard delivery for customers based in the Rest of the World for a fee of £19.99. We aim to
      deliver your order within 3-10 working days from the time you place your order. We do not offer next day
      delivery for customers for Rest of the World.

      SHOES & ACCESSORIES RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

      RETURNING OR EXCHANGING YOUR PURCHASE
      Please note that CRYSTAL LONDON will offer either an exchange or refund for any shoes and Accessories
      purchased through our online shopping site. Returns will only be accepted in an unworn condition and in their
      original packaging and receipt within 30 days of purchase. Please try shoes only on a clean and carpeted surface so that the soles remain unmarked.

      Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without the original box may not be accepted and may be returned to
      the customer.

      Before your order leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our packing team. If you receive an item which is
      damaged, please contact us immediately.

      Refunds for styles returned are usually issued on the day that they are received back to us, and your refund will
      leave our account. However, the payment may take between 1-5 working days to appear back into your account
      depending on your service provider policy. Please note that we do not refund any shipping charges incurred at the
      time of purchase.

      It is entirely up to you how you return your order however we would strongly advise you to have your parcel insured
      when sending, as we will not credit for goods that are lost or damaged in transit. The majority of our UK based
      customers use Royal Mail Special Delivery as this service also offers a swift delivery – the cost of this service is
      minimal and is payable at the Post Office Counter at the time of posting. Our overseas customers prefer to use
      FedEx, DHL or similar – please list your return as ‘Unwanted Order’.

      All Formal outfits (Stitched) orders are delivered free of charge. We aim to deliver your order within 5-7
      working days from the time you place your order.

      LUXE FORMAL & BRIDAL OUTFITS:
      All Luxe Formal & Bridal outfits (Customised) orders can be delivered to one of the following London Studio:
      294 Green Street London E7 8LF by selecting this option at the check-out. We aim to deliver your order

      within 2 to 3 months from the time you place your order.

      CLOTHING RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

      RETURNING OR EXCHANGING YOUR PURCHASE
      At CRYSTAL LONDON BRIDAL STUDIO, we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. Whilst we
      hope you are delighted with your order; we do not offer any return of exchange under any conditions. If you find the
      product faulty in terms of its quality or the work done, you must get back to us within 7 days of delivery. After you
      generate a query, the Quality Department of the Company will investigate the issue and get right back to you. After
      reviewing the product, we may offer you an Exchange or store credit voucher for future purchases in case of any
      major fault. Moreover, orders those are customized or given a discount on are not eligible for Exchanges or Store
      Voucher.
      • Any changes made to the order can be done within 24 hours only.
      • All customised orders cannot be cancelled.
      • We only take alterations reported in within a week after receiving the outfit.
      • Customised Orders are not eligible for Exchange, Refund or Charge back.
